This concept is a retail cart for conventions or theme parks that sells prop cyberpunk weapons and accessories. This experience encourages guest/buyer interactivity by gamifying exclusivity and scarcity. The buyer can “register” their prop purchase which gives them a code. This code, when spoken to the cart seller or entered in online, grants the buyer access to exclusive or “contraband items”
To encourage interactivity with the cart outside of purchases, the buyers can earn codes by completing tasks around the convention or theme park as an interactive scavenger hunt. Each code is purchase or task exclusive.
Once you are ready to redeem your codes and purchase your exclusive or "contraband items" the cart seller will unveil the hidden compartments on the cart itself or in the surrounding containers. The seller may even direct you back to points around the convention or theme park where you previously completed your tasks to find other containers or even carts there.
Story:
After falling on hard times, again, Doc was forced to close his ramen cart business for good this time. For years he served the city’s underbelly, watching as they got rich or died trying. However, he’s fed up with sitting on the sidelines and watching the world pass him by. Now it’s time to take his future into his own hands.
Calling in all the favors he could, Doc successfully transitioned to goods acquisition and selling, transforming his former ramen yatai cart into a travelling grey market weapons cart. All of which are definitely legally acquired and totally legal to sell. Just don’t mention him to the Corpos. Doc’s regulars often find themselves with the newest and rarest goods that aren’t available on the open market. Some are even given contracts for a chance at purchasing these rare and exclusive items.
